Knoxville concertgoers should take note of this coming weekend’s KSO offering, a concert by the KSO Principal Quartet of works by Javier Alvarez, Mozart, and Chausson. Concertmaster Gabriel Lefkowitz and guest pianist Emi Kagawa join the quartet in the Chausson Concerto for Violin, Piano and String Quartet in D Major, Op. 21. The KSO Principal Quartet consists of Gordon Tsai and Edward Pulgar, violins; Kathryn Gawne, viola; and Andy Bryenton, cello.
